Welcome to Wyntra. By downloading or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wyntra ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Wyntra is a travel discovery and social networking application that allows users to discover places, plan itineraries, connect with other travelers, and share travel experiences.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Wyntra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You are solely responsible for your content and must not post anything that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Is harmful, offensive, or misleading
• Contains personal information of others without consent

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Wyntra offers optional subscription plans ("Voyager" and "Navigator") that provide enhanced features.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free Trial: Any free trial period will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Price Changes: We will notify you of any price changes in advance.
• Cancellation: To cancel, go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
• Refunds: All purchases are final. For refund requests, contact Apple Support.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Scrape or collect data from the App without permission
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Intellectual Property

Wyntra and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wyntra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyntra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
